Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Dropizon, Suite C229, 4-6 Greatorex Street, London, E1 5NF, United Kingdom ("Dropizon", "we"). They apply to dropizon.com, the Dropizon browser extension and everything we provide through them (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you are using the Service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

1. What the Service is

Dropizon is a software tool for sellers who list products on eBay and source them from Amazon. It reads Amazon prices and stock through a browser extension you install, applies the pricing rules you set, updates your eBay listings through eBay's official API, and helps you place supplier orders for your eBay sales. It is a tool that acts on your instructions and your rules; the listings, prices and orders remain yours.

Dropizon is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon or eBay. You are responsible for complying with each marketplace's terms and policies, including eBay's rules on drop-shipping and Amazon's terms of use, and for the taxes, licences and consumer rights that apply to your business.

2. Your account

3. Plans, payment and renewal

4. Delivery of the Service

The Service is digital. Nothing is shipped to you. Access is granted as described in the Service Delivery Policy. Dropizon does not sell, stock or ship the products you list; your supplier ships them to your buyer, and that transaction is between you, your supplier and your buyer.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, after notice where practical.

6. Your data and content

Your listings, prices, rules, orders and the customer data that comes with them are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to use the product titles, descriptions and images you list.

7. Pricing decisions are yours

Dropizon applies the markup, floors, ceilings and guards you configure. A price is only pushed when your rules say so, and the price circuit breaker and stock guard are safeguards, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing the rules you set and the listings they affect. We are not liable for a sale made at a price your rules produced, for a marketplace decision about your account, or for a supplier's price or stock changing after we read it.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running around the clock, but it depends on Amazon, eBay, your browser and your internet connection, none of which we control. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change or improve features, and will not remove a material feature from a paid period without telling you.

9. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, loss of profit, loss of sales, marketplace suspensions or loss of data. Our total liability to you for any claim in a subscription period is limited to the amount you paid us for that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to close your account. We may close or suspend an account for a breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if we discontinue the Service (with at least 30 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of any unused period in that case). On closure your access ends and your data is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and content belong to Dropizon and its licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business while your subscription is live. Amazon and eBay are trademarks of their owners.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If we have a dispute, write to us first at dropizonsupport@gmail.com and we will try to settle it within 30 days. Otherwise the courts of Lahore, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; significant changes are emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
